Enterprise Command & Control Center (EC3) – UAE
A key pillar of the Smart City Initiative endorsed by His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, EC3 was envisioned to serve as an integrated multi-modal transportation command and control centre which will allow RTA operational personnel to work collaboratively across all modes of transport in a centralized manner. Transpo was commissioned to project manage this project, all the way to the supervision of the implementation, construction and handover of EC3 into operations and maintenance.
