Asset Management Dashboards Improvement & Enhancement
The Department of Municipality and Transport (DMT) developed an asset management dashboard system to monitor the asset portfolio and their performance across the municipalities and ITC. Transpo Group was commissioned to further enhance the dashboards and develop new dashboards in coordination with the affiliated entities and the DMT asset management team, with improved data analytics and representations.
