The Department of Municipality and Transport (DMT) leads the strategic and monitoring of the overall performance of the asset’s portfolio, and the 3 municipalities (Abu Dhabi Municipality, Al Ain Municipality, and Al Dhafra Municipalities) and Integrated Transport Center (ITC) carry out the tactical and operational, maintenance and overall asset management tasks and responsibilities. The Osool system is being used by municipalities to manage Roads, Street Lighting and Storm water assets. DMT initiated the ‘Licenses Renewal and Support Enhancement for Osool application’ project and commissioned Transpo to renew existing system licenses, obtain monthly technical managed services to support the users, improve and extend the application to new assets, and provide technical training to all selected users.
