Abu Dhabi Municipality manages a diverse range of infrastructure assets and is tasked with planning, budgeting, and maintaining these assets effectively, with the objective to optimize asset management processes, establish a standardized asset register, and implement a world-class Enterprise Asset Management ERP System to govern and manage all infrastructure operation and maintenance practices in the Emirate. To this end, Transpo was commissioned to support delivering this objective, providing technical support services, developing data base and GIS integration, reviewing and developing Asset and Maintenance Management Regulations, guidelines, policies and associated strategies.
